The FlexApp software system allows users to enter three levels of information. 1) Contact Information Only, 2)Mini-App for prequalification, and 3)Complete 1003 Mortgage Application.

Once a user enters information into the system, the mortgage broker/lender is immediated notified by e-mail of the lead. If the user completed step three, then the broker/lender also has the option of printing the data in the 1003 format.
